If a formula is not coming out accurately there are only two possibilities - either the formula is off or the dispense is off.  An inaccurate dispense can be caused by a clogged intake or by a defective pump.  To diagnose take some small cups and compare dispenses between colorants.  The dispense volume should be the same between colorants.
